Pumpkin Juice


  • Small pieces of pumpkin with skin.

  • Lemon juice to enhance the taste.


  1. Add pumpkin pieces into a blending jar or you can add them into a cold press juicer if available.

  2. Blend it properly adding some water.

  3. Now strain it in a bowl.

  4. Add this ready juice into a glass or jar.

  5. Add lemon juice or you can add black pepper, and salt according to taste.

  6. Enjoy your healthy juice.
